Description and Rationale
I’m Yeongjun Yoo, an undergraduate at Hongik University in Seoul, Korea, working on applied machine learning. I’m entering as a one-person team because this challenge pairs open data and a clear, reproducible metric with a real operational question: how long departures take to taxi out at busy European airports. I want to learn the airport-surface side of open aviation data, and I’m happy to share my code under GPLv3 as the rules ask.
