Description and Rationale
Independent data scientist focused on spatio-temporal and operational forecasting. Recently built a global terrestrial water storage forecasting pipeline for the ITU/Zindi drought challenge (15,715 grid cells, 2.1M training records, autoregressive rollout with gradient-boosted ensembles).
