Description and Rationale
I maintain an open, DOI-versioned corpus of aviation occurrence records harmonised from 128 sources, published with full provenance and a deterministic, documented deduplication pipeline. My interest here is the ground-operations side: reconstructing airport state at off-block from movement data is a data-engineering problem before it is a modelling one, and the open-code condition matches how I already work.
