Description and Rationale
We are graduate students at University of Alberta researching data-driven applications in the field of transportation engineering, with our works encompassing network science, machine learning, and deep learning approaches. We decided to register for this challenge as air transportation serves an an adjacent research domain, proving applicable to our area of expertise. In the pursuit of this challenge, we hope to learn new techniques pertaining to existing literature regarding air transportation while also leveraging methods from explored domains.
