Description and Rationale
Independent researcher working on operational forecasting for aviation from open data. I run a live, continuously published forward record of GNSS interference built from open ADS-B integrity signals, scored daily against independent sources, with each forecast cryptographically timestamped before its outcome is known.
Taxi-out is the same problem in a different layer — a short-horizon operational forecast over open trajectory data, where the difficulty is proving the evaluation is honest rather than fitting the model. I am registering to test that methodology against an external scoreboard and to contribute the leakage-control tooling back openly.
